Villa komplex

On the cliff in the Golfe de Napoule, on Côte d’Azur in France, stands a residential complex with a unique view of Cannes.

The site

The residential complex, with direct access to a public beach, consists of a villa with a swimming pool, a garden house and a beach house with a terrace. It is situated on a privately-owned site, 5000 m² in size, and offers a matchless view of Iles de Lerins and Cannes.

Optic cables are used for the transmission of music, light, alarm, TV, internet and SAT signals to all parts of the complex. The individual structures are interconnected by stairways from red Provencal stone. The complex has its own camera system for round-the-clock monitoring with internet transmission.

The main villa

The main villa includes a drawing room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with a massaging shower). Needless to say, it is air-conditioned, equipped with a heating system, TV, telephone, internet, SAT, sound system and alarm communicating with a control room at the agency. Another three bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet are situated on the ground floor. The fully automatic technology of the 4x12 m pool includes a system for water heating and cooling.

The terrace at the pool, 5x30 m in size, is equipped with furniture. Watching from the terrace the sun rising over the world-famous La Croisette (Cannes), with the red glow flooding the terrace and penetrating into the rooms, is a truly unforgettable experience.

The first floor of the villa is equipped with designer lighting and a complete set of appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, drier, refrigerator, deep freeze, microwave oven, glass-ceramic stove). Further amenities include built-in safe, plasma TV, all necessary furniture and built-in wardrobes and cupboards.

The gardien house

The garden house consists of two residential storeys with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. As the other structures, it is equipped with air-conditioning, heating, TV, telephone, internet, SAT, sound system and alarm communicating with the control room at the agency.

There is designer lighting in the garden house, as well as a complete set of appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, drier, refrigerator, deep freeze, microwave oven, glass-ceramic stove). Further amenities include plasma TV, all necessary furniture and built-in wardrobes and cupboards.

The beach house

The beach house is part of the 4x14 m beach terrace, together with a fountain and a shower. There is a kitchen line including a dishwasher and a garden grill.

The beach terrace and the beach house are also equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, telephone, internet, SAT, sound system and alarm communicating with the control room at the agency.
